Review ~

Full Contact is the second book in Sidney Halston's Worth the Fight Series. While it can be read as a stand-alone, I enjoyed the first book, Against the Cage, so much I think you should read them in order. There is an underlying continuing story line, but if you start with Full Contact, I really think you'll get the full enjoyment out of it.

Full Contact is Slade and Jessica's story. Slade is an ex-MMA fighter with his own troubled past and Jessica has just come out of an abusive relationship. They have a lot of struggles and some miscommunication, but who doesn't. Both characters are likable and easy to relate to.

Sidney Halston does a great job of giving us awesome dialogue that will make you laugh and at times grumble at the characters, but you will always keep turning the pages to see which direction things are going to go next. I can't wait to see what else happens in Tarpon Springs when the third book, Below the Belt, comes out in February.
